REISSUE RATE:
Where applicable, the reissue rate is a 40% discount from the Standard ALTA Policy premium to the extent of the
prior policy. (Minimum Premium: $75.00.) For additional coverage exceeding the prior insurance amount, current
rates apply to the excess coverage. The rate does not apply to the additional Eagle Policy calculation. Contact
the State Office for reissue rate assistance. |

SIMULTANEOUS ISSUE:
When a Lender's Policy is issued simultaneously with an Owner's Policy, the rate for the Lender's Policy shall
be $75.00 for the amount of insurance not in excess of the Owner's Policy. Additional charges apply if the
Lender's Policy exceeds the Owner's Policy amount. |
